Abstract
This is a patient story about Mia, a child who suffered from severe congenital birth defects and her surgeon, Prof. Friedrich, who used Cook Biotech’s 4-Layer Tissue Graft to repair the defect in her esophagus. Told from both Mia’s perspective and Prof. Friedrich’s, this story highlights the power of our Biodesign® products to deliver transformative medical solutions to improve patients’ lives.
